Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 ml gin
  • 30 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • some soda water
  • some ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place a few ice cubes into a shaker along with the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup and shake well. Then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top up with a little soda water.
