Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g fresh ginger
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 5 sprigs coriander leaves
  • 250 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spicy spread or topping on fried seafood, fish, chicken, lamb, veal or beef

Peel the ginger and dice very finely. Finely chop the garlic. Pluck the coriander leaves from the stems, finely chop them, and mix with the ginger and garlic. Beat the butter with a mixer for 3-4 minutes until fluffy. Add the ginger mixture and stir in. Season with salt and pepper.
