Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g marzipan – raw mass
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • 50 ml whipped cream
  • 150 g flour
  • 20 g fresh ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Finely crumble the marzipan and beat with the eggs and sugar until creamy, then stir in the cream and flour. Peel and grate the ginger, and stir in. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Use a cup to mark circles on baking paper and spread the dough into the circles very thinly with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the second rack from the bottom for 6-8 minutes. Immediately carefully remove the dough sheets from the baking sheet with a spatula and place them over a coffee cup, press them into the shape, and let them cool. Repeat this process until all the dough is used up.
