Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kg tomatoes
  • 50 g ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 spring onions
  • 150 g sugar
  • 300 ml vinegar (malt vinegar)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter and deseed the tomatoes. Peel and slice the ginger and garlic. Slice the spring onions. Simmer the tomatoes, ginger, garlic, sugar, and malt vinegar for 2.5 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
