Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg wheat flour (type 1050)
- 600 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 cubes of yeast
- 4 tsp salt
- 200 g sunflower seeds
- 200 g pumpkin seeds
- Fat for the mold

always works and is very tasty!
Knead all ingredients (easiest in a food processor). There’s no need to make a pre-dough! Let the dough rise for about 1/2 hour. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220°C. Grease two loaf pans or line them with baking foil. Pour half of the bread dough into each pan and bake for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, cover with foil to prevent the bread from overcooking. After baking, remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.
