Ginger-lemon Lemonade

The perfect ginger-lemon lemonade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 30 g Ginger
  • 2 Lemons
  • Water
  • Sweetener of your choice
  1. Rinse a 1 l bottle with hot water. Peel and roughly grate the ginger and place in the bottle. Rub the lemon peel and squeeze the lemons and add the juice and about 1 teaspoon of lemon zest to the bottle. Now fill up with cold water, close the bottle and let it cool in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. To serve, pour the lemonade through a sieve into a glass and sweeten it with honey, sugar or another sweetener to taste. A wonderful refreshment in hot weather.
