Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of carbonated mineral water
  • ½ cm ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 1 minute

Crush the ginger root with a garlic press and add it to the mineral water. Refrigerate for half an hour. Wonderfully refreshing!
