Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ liter passion fruit juice
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with passion fruit juice and banana

Squeeze the lemon. Chop the apple and banana. Mix the fruit with passion fruit juice, lemon juice, honey, and ginger. Blend everything with a hand blender and divide between two glasses. The spicy and tangy ginger gives the smoothie a special kick.
