Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- some lemon juice
- 100 g margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour, gluten-free
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120 ml milk
- Milk

For the icing, grind the sugar for 10 seconds on turbo speed and then transfer to a bowl. For the batter, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan oven). Using a tablespoon, place 16 circular mounds on two baking sheets lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between each mound as the batter will spread. Pre-bake for 10 minutes, brush with milk and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool. For the icing, mix the icing sugar with a few drops of lemon juice in a rinsed mixing bowl on speed 4 until thick and spread it over the flat side of the American cookies. Variations: Use chocolate coating instead of icing and decorate with sugar pearls. Try chocolate pudding instead of vanilla pudding.
