Ginger soup with chicken

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 600 g chicken, in pieces
  • 3 liters of water
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
  • 500 g spinach, fresh, coarsely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the chopped onion, garlic, and grated ginger. Then remove and set aside. Add the remaining oil and fry the meat pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and Fondor, and add the fried onion, ginger, and garlic. Deglaze with water and simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes. Roughly chop the spinach, add it, and cook for another 10 minutes. Whisk the egg with the sour cream and add it to the soup.
