Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 500 g brown sugar
- 500 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g orange peel, possibly chopped
- 100 g candied lemon peel, possibly chopped
- ½ pack of gingerbread spice
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- n. B. wafers (7 cm diameter)
- Cake icing of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix all ingredients together and spread onto 70 mm wafer paper. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes. After baking, the gingerbread cookies can be covered with chocolate icing or another icing of your choice.
