Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple or pear
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 50 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 1 tsp liquid sweetener
  • Gingerbread spice
  • Cinnamon
  • 150 g Skyr or low-fat quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Place the oats in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over the almond milk. Remove the core from the apple or pear. Grate the pulp and mix it into the oats. Microwave everything on full power for 2 minutes. Add the gingerbread spice, cinnamon, and sweetener, let it cool briefly, and finally fold in the skyr or quark. Use the sweetener and spice sparingly at first, and adjust the sweetener/seasoning to your liking if necessary. If you’re not calorie-conscious, you can of course use honey instead of the sweetener. One serving has 290 kcal.
