Delicious quark with granola and berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 Flavdrops (Vanilla Flavdrops) or other varieties
  • 130 g low-fat quark or grainy cream cheese
  • 50 g berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants)
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick breakfast before work

First, melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Then, in a mug, combine the maple syrup, oats, desiccated coconut, water, and coconut oil. Now place the mug in the microwave. Remove the mixture from the microwave every 30 seconds (1200 watts), stir, and then return it to the microwave until golden and dry. Then, transfer the finished granola to a bowl to cool. Now, pour the quark into a cereal bowl and mix with the Flavdrops, sprinkle over the granola, and add berries. If desired, you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Our breakfast is ready! The muesli has a total of: 281 kcal, 25 g carbohydrates, 12 g fat, 18 g protein.
