Ginger's Thyme-Rosemary-Feta Chicken with Pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 200g pasta
  • salt water
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, possibly reduced-fat
  • 2 stalks of thyme
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the rosemary and thyme in a pan. Season the meat with pepper, place it on top of the herbs, and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, prepare the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Just before the meat is cooked, slice the feta cheese into small pieces, place it on top of the chicken, and let it melt. Drain the pasta and toss it with a tablespoon of butter before adding the meat.
