Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 90 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 can peach(s)
- 1 cup of yogurt (peach)
- ¾ liter juice (peach – passion fruit – )
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 pts. pudding powder, vanilla
- 600 ml cream
- 30 g almond(s), roasted flakes
- 8 pieces of confectionery (Giotto pralines)
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Prepare the sponge cake and bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Dice the peach. Spread the yogurt on the base and scatter the peach cubes over it. Make a pudding from the juice, sugar, and custard powder. Once cooled, spread it over the peaches. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and mix with the chopped Giotto and the toasted almond flakes. Spread everything over the pudding.
