Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n peach(s),
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 150 g biscuits (chocolate cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Drain the peaches in a sieve, reserving the juice. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form. Mix the quark with the sugar and 4 tablespoons of peach juice, then fold in the cream. Puree the peaches with a blender. Roughly crumble the cookies. Alternate the cream, cookies, and peach puree in a bowl or dessert glass, then top with the cream. Refrigerate for several hours.
