Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g fresh mushrooms (or mixed with oyster mushrooms or similar)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 tbsp herb butter, (6 PP) (30-50 g)
- 1 cup of Creme Legere (7 PP) OR:
- 1 cup sour cream, (5 PP)
- salt and pepper

Clean the mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the spring onions into rings and finely chop the chives. Melt the herb butter in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms and spring onions for about 10 minutes. Add the crème fraîche or sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the chives on top. This dish has a total of 11 or 13 points. Serves 3-4. (3.5-4 points per serving). Serves 3-4. White bread or baguette goes well with this dish—but it’s also delicious with (bread) dumplings and salad.
