Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g glass noodles
- 2 large onions
- 2 large carrots
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 250 g smoked turkey breast, whole
- 1 bunch of dill
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- Sambal Oelek
- Soy sauce
- Water (salt water)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thinly slice the onions and sauté in oil (sunflower oil is best) until translucent. Place the onions in a large bowl. Finely grate the carrots and fry in the oil, then add to the onions. Dice the bell peppers, fry, and add to the onions and carrots. Cook the glass noodles in salted water according to the instructions. Meanwhile, finely dice the turkey breast. Alternatively, you can season and fry fresh turkey or chicken breast and then dice it, but it will be a bit fattier. Add the meat to the vegetables. Rinse the glass noodles, cut them into small pieces with scissors, and add to the vegetables. Season everything with salt and pepper, then season with sambal oelek and soy sauce. Press the garlic into the salad. Mix everything well. Finely chop the dill and fold it into the salad. Let the salad marinate and season again before serving. Tastes delicious hot or cold.
