Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g corn flour
- 150 ml milk, about
- 125 g quark (20% fat)
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the flour and milk until smooth and let it swell slightly. Stir in the quark, baking powder, honey, and raisins. Using a spoon, press 6-8 flatbreads from the soft mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
