Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of glass noodles
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 m.-sized carrot(s)
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 2 small onions
- ¼ tube(s) Tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Prepare the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Brown the ground meat. Add the onions, then the carrots and bell peppers. Brown everything, then add tomato paste and a little water, just enough to make the mixture a little runny. Season to taste with salt and pepper and herbs, such as dill, oregano, and parsley. Then mix the noodles with the ground meat mixture. I always serve the salad lukewarm. This recipe is from my mother-in-law and it’s delicious.
