- 240 g bell peppers
- 180 g bamboo shoots
- 185 g carrot(s)

- 25 ml soy sauce

Soak the glass noodles in approximately 1 liter of boiling water for 5-10 minutes according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and lightly sauté them in a pan until tender. Add the spices and soy sauce. When the noodles are tender, add them to the vegetables along with the pasta water. Bring to a boil briefly and serve.
