Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 servings of chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 70 ml chicken stock
- 5 tbsp honey
- 3 tsp rosemary, finely chopped needles
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 4 garlic cloves
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the garlic cloves and chili pepper. Bring the stock to a boil briefly, then add the rosemary needles, honey, garlic, and chili, and slowly reduce everything to a thick syrup. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides in olive oil and clarified butter, then season with salt and remove from the pan. Brush the fillets with the syrup and finish cooking in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
