Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg jacket potatoes, new, small
- 100 g clarified butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
The peeled, whole potatoes are fried in a pan heated with fat. Finally, they are sprinkled with salt and powdered sugar. The powdered sugar melts and mixes with the hot fat to form the glaze.
