Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 300 g cream
  • cognac
  • Wine, red
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the chops with the mushrooms in a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Flambé with cognac and deglaze with red wine. Stir in the cream and season generously with Worcestershire sauce. Add a dash of Tabasco and simmer over medium heat until the chops are cooked through. Serve with pasta, rice, or plain white bread.
