Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar chickpeas (drained weight 270 g)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 125 ml almond butter, white
- 70 g cashew nuts, chopped
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- e.g. chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
First, chop the cashews into small pieces. Then add everything to a food processor and process until smooth. It tastes delicious, even to the kids. It’s quick and easy to make and keeps for a few days in the fridge. It’s delicious on bread or with grilled vegetables.
