Gluten-free Pasta with Pumpkin – Ginger Sauce
The perfect gluten-free pasta with pumpkin – ginger sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Gluten free pasta
- 1 Pumpkin
- 2 Poles Spring onions
- Thyme, sage, rosemary, basil
- Lime juice
- Ginger
- 1 cups Cream
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces, as well as the garlic. Cut the spring onions into fine strips or pieces and put everything in a hot pan – with a little olive oil. Peel the ginger to taste, cut into fine pieces and add to the pan after 3 – 5 minutes, season with thyme, sage, salt, pepper, rosemary. Always pour in some liquid, water or broth. In the meantime, cook the pasta as instructed. When the pumpkin is tender, set it aside to cool and set aside a few pieces of pumpkin to decorate. Put the pumpkin and the liquid in a blender and puree. Add the cream and basil and mix everything well. If necessary, warm up the sauce again – serve 🙂
