Gluten-free Bread with Basil
The perfect gluten-free bread with basil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Rice flour
- 80 g Chia seeds
- 50 g Almonds
- 120 g Cornstarch
- 150 g Yogurt
- 200 ml Milk
- Salt
- Basil
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Grind the chia seeds and almond flour together again and place in a bowl. Add rice flour, cornstarch and baking powder and mix everything together. Add milk, quark and salt and knead everything well. Grease a baking pan with a little butter. I took a silicone mold in the shape of a flower, but of course any other shape is also possible 🙂 Pour the dough into the mold and bake it at approx. 200 degrees for 15 minutes with convection. Let the bread cool a little in the pan and turn it out onto a board.
- If desired, add a little more thyme, oregano and marjoram and eat it while warm with a little butter.
