Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 90 g millet flour
- 60 g rice flour
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 6 egg yolks
- 125 g cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g sugar
- 6 egg whites
- n. B. Butter for greasing the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
for approx. 10 waffles
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in cream and egg yolks. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder and stir in. Let stand for 20 minutes. Beat egg whites and fold in. Bake waffles in a greased, preheated waffle iron. Makes about 10 waffles.
