Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 25 g cornstarch (potato/cornstarch)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

without egg & flour

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and press them through a ricer. Knead the potato mixture with the starch and season well with salt and pepper. Bring water to a boil. Roll the dough into rolls, cut into pieces, and shape into the desired gnocchi shape. Let them stand in boiling water for about 1-2 minutes until the gnocchi float to the surface.
