simple, quick and delicious

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Deglaze everything with balsamic vinegar and a splash of water. Alternatively, a splash of white wine works. Add the canned tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and finely chopped herbs. Add the cream and gnocchi and simmer for about 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and simmer for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the dish with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil.
