Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 70 g spring onion(s), cut into rings
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g cream, or a little more
  • 200 g tomatoes (can)
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook gnocchi according to the instructions. Sauté onions and ham. Heat the Gorgonzola and cream in a saucepan until the cheese has melted, simmer for about 5 minutes, and season to taste. Chop the tomatoes. Place the gnocchi and tomatoes in a baking dish, top with the sauce, and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
