Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 onions
- 400 g minced meat
- 5 tomatoes
- e.g. bell pepper(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato paste
- 1 ½ tbsp sour cream
- 80 ml milk
- 450 g gnocchi
- 150 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
- Parsley
- oregano
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry briefly. Dice the onions, add them, and sauté. Gradually add the diced tomatoes with minced garlic, tomato paste, sour cream, and milk in that order. Season with herbs and spices to taste. Place the gnocchi in a greased baking dish and spread the sauce on top. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes.
