Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 packs of gnocchi from the refrigerated section
- 300 g minced beef
- 300 ml tomatoes, pureed or 1 can chopped
- ½ onion(s)
- 4 small gherkins
- 3 tsp mustard
- 30 g cheese, grated
- n. B. cucumber water
- 1 dash of cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- garlic powder
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely dice the onions and gherkins. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then add the onions and fry until translucent. Add the gherkins and mustard to the pan and mix well. Deglaze with a little pickle juice. Add the passata, a splash of cream, and a little water, if desired, to the pan. Stir well and season the sauce with salt, pepper, curry powder, and garlic powder. Add the gnocchi to the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the cheese until creamy.
