Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 8 medium-sized potatoes, diced
  • some broth to deglaze
  • salt and pepper
  • some fenugreek (a few seeds)

Chop the Chinese cabbage into small pieces and sauté it in a pan with butter, then deglaze with broth. The fenugreek and potatoes are then added to the cabbage and cooked through. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat with the onion, season with salt and pepper, and finally add it to the pan with the cabbage and potatoes.
