Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 500 g meat, sliced
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 ml milk
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • basil

Place the uncooked gnocchi in the baking dish. Sauté the diced onions in the pan until translucent, sear the minced meat, add the diced tomatoes and mushrooms (whole heads) to the pan, season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika, add the tomato paste and sauté briefly, add the water and bring to a boil, then add the milk and basil and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the contents of the pan over the gnocchi. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes, sprinkling the cheese over the top after 15 minutes. Now, just enjoy.
