Gnocchi Gratin

The perfect gnocchi gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium-sized Zucchini
  • 2 Beefsteak tomatoes fresh
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 400 g Gnocchi
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini and tomatoes.
  2. Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
  3. Layer the gnocchi with zucchini, tomatoes and onion rings in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Scatter Parmesan on top. Pour the cream over the casserole.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes.
