Gnocchi Gratin
The perfect gnocchi gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium-sized Zucchini
- 2 Beefsteak tomatoes fresh
- 1 Spring onion
- 400 g Gnocchi
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 250 ml Cream
- 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- Wash, clean and slice the zucchini and tomatoes.
- Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
- Layer the gnocchi with zucchini, tomatoes and onion rings in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Scatter Parmesan on top. Pour the cream over the casserole.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes.
