Gnocchi – Spinach Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 500 g creamed spinach (frozen)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 100 g cheese
  • optional spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Arrange the gnocchi in a baking dish. Dice the onion and sauté briefly in a pan. Then add the creamed spinach and let it thaw. Season to taste. Slice the mushrooms and arrange them on top of the gnocchi, along with the diced ham. Pour the spinach over the ingredients in the baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
