Gnocchi – Tomato – Pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • ml Cremefine or cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • e.g. garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the gnocchi in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside. Dice the onion and fry in a little olive oil. Add the gnocchi and fry briefly. Halve the cherry tomatoes, quarter larger ones, and add them to the pan after about 5 minutes. Fry everything for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add the cream and tomato paste and mix well. Simmer briefly and season with vegetable stock, salt, pepper, and garlic. After another 5 minutes, serve.
