- 600 g Gnocchi
- 200 g Coarse cubes of bacon
- 4 piece White onions, finely diced
- 2 piece Garlic clove peeled, finely diced
- 200 g Fresh small beans, blanched
- 300 g Potatoes, finely diced

- Place the finished gnocchi in a bowl that has been rubbed with plenty of melted butter.
- Fry the bacon cubes in a non-stick pan over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the gnocchi to the bacon cubes and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Bake the potatoes in a tall pot with hot, neutral oil until crispy, drain well after frying on a kitchen towel and season with salt, pepper and, if you like, season with fresh organic lemon zest.
