Ingredients

For the fried potatoes:

  • 6 Parsley potatoes from the previous day
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Ham cubes
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 2 pinches Pepper

For the beans:

  • 300 g French beans fresh
  • 1 tsp Summer Savory
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

For the onion steaks:

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 2 pinches Pepper
  • 2 splash Soy sauce dark
  • 2 Neck steaks in paprika marinade
  • From the butcher

Instructions

  • Leave the butter in a pan and add the peeled potatoes, sprinkle with the diced ham and fry, turning occasionally, until they have acquired an appetizing color, season with salt and pepper.
  • Put the beans in boiling water, seasoned with salt and savory, and simmer gently for about 10 to 12 minutes. Pour into a colander and drain. Fry 30 g butter with a pinch of salt in the saucepan until the butter begins to brown. Add the beans and toss in the butter.
  • For the onion steaks, cut the onions in half and then cut into slices. Fry the oil with the onions in a heated pan until golden brown, turning occasionally, then lift out of the pan, season with pepper, salt and soy sauce and set aside.
  • Now fry the neck steaks in the pan until they are browned on both sides and cooked through. Add the onions to the meat again and let them get hot again. Arrange everything together on plates and serve the fried potatoes with green beans and the onion steaks.
