Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi, refrigerated or homemade
- 150 g bacon, streaky, smoked
- 150 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the bacon and fry in a pan. Deglaze with cream and milk and simmer slightly. Season with pepper to taste. Transfer the cooked gnocchi to a bowl, pour over the bacon sauce, and serve immediately. Serve with a spicy endive salad.
