Gnocchi with banana sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g gnocchi
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 1 pack of cream powder (e.g. paradise cream vanilla)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • e.g. fat for frying the gnocchi
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. jam, strawberry

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Heat the fat in a pan over high heat, then add the raw gnocchi. Fry lightly for about 5 minutes until golden yellow. Sprinkle with sugar, season with a little cinnamon if desired, and add a small pinch of salt. Mix well again, then stir in a tablespoon of strawberry jam. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting to keep the gnocchi warm. Mix the cream powder according to the instructions, then add the remaining milk and water until the sauce is nice and thin. Finally, add the ripe bananas and the sauce to a blender. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved. Thin with a splash of water if necessary. Arrange the gnocchi on a plate and pour the sauce over them.
