Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 packs of fresh gnocchi (approx. 800g)
- 250 g crème fraîche with herbs
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillets into cubes. Brown the chicken all over in a little oil. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the crème fraîche to the chicken and mix well. Drain the gnocchi and mix with the chicken while still dripping wet.
