Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 jar dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • ¼ liter cream (half-)
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the gnocchi in olive oil. You can use a little oil from the tomatoes if you like; it adds a great flavor. Then add the sliced ​​tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for a few minutes. Then deglaze with cream and let it reduce slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and perhaps chili, and you have a quick, delicious meal on the table.
