Gnocchi with ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g ham
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml broth
  • n. B. Sauce thickener
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the ham and fry. Deglaze with cream and broth, and thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener if desired. Meanwhile, prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Finally, season the sauce with salt and pepper, pour over the warm gnocchi, and serve.
