Gnocchi with panna and prosciutto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi or pasta
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • some water
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese spread
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

(possibly with other pasta instead of gnocchi)

Cook the gnocchi or pasta as usual. Cut the ham into thin strips and fry. Add the chopped garlic, cream, and water. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes until creamy. Layer the finished gnocchi in a baking dish, pour the sauce over them, then sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
