Gnocchi with salmon and sour cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet)
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the gnocchi in hot water until they float to the top, then drain in a colander. Return to the pot and stir in the sour cream, dill, and salmon. Adjust the amount of salmon to taste. I used only a little, not the whole jar. Season to taste. Serve with a crisp green salad.
