Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Ricotta
  • 70 g Grated Parmesan
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 100 g Flour
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Prices Nutmeg
  • 100 g Spinach leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients into a malleable dough, add flour if necessary.
  • Shape into small rolls and cut into small pieces, approx. 1-2 cm.
  • Put in boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes. best of all only about 20 pieces depending on the pot size.
  • If they are not to be cooked straight away, they should lie on a surface dusted with flour and not too close together, otherwise they will stick. When fried, they also taste delicious if there are any left over 🙂
