Ingredients
- 250 g Ricotta
- 70 g Grated Parmesan
- 1 piece Egg
- 100 g Flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Prices Nutmeg
- 100 g Spinach leaves
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients into a malleable dough, add flour if necessary.
- Shape into small rolls and cut into small pieces, approx. 1-2 cm.
- Put in boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes. best of all only about 20 pieces depending on the pot size.
- If they are not to be cooked straight away, they should lie on a surface dusted with flour and not too close together, otherwise they will stick. When fried, they also taste delicious if there are any left over 🙂
