Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi
- salt water
- 20 leaves of sage, small
- 60 g butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. Wash the sage leaves and pat them dry. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sage leaves, and toast with a little salt. After about 5 minutes, add the honey to caramelize. Toss the cooked, drained gnocchi in the sage butter for about 3 minutes, then serve.
