Gnocchi with zucchini and ricotta sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • ½ zucchini, diced
  • some water
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce with ricotta
  • Spice(s) of your choice
  • e.g. Parmesan for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the gnocchi in a pan, then add the zucchini. Deglaze with a little water, add the sauce, and season to taste, if desired. Let it simmer for a bit. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. It also tastes good with other sauces or with some mushrooms.
